  • Drug and alcohol
  • Weapon arrest and referrals
  • Hazing

Report to Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS)

Sexual & Gender-Based Misconduct (SGBM) Policy

All University of Michigan employees have a role and obligation to report the following prohibited conduct to ECRT within 48 hours of learning about the misconduct:

  • Sexual Harassment
  • Discrimination/Discriminatory Harassment

Report to Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX (ECRT).

  • Sex/Gender-Based hate crimes
  • Dating and domestic violence
  • Stalking
