  • Criminal offenses
  • Hate crimes
  • Drug and alcohol
  • Weapon arrest and referrals

Report to Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS)

Individual with Reporting Obligations (IRO) – Title IX

University administrators, supervisors, and employees, in certain designated positions

  • Sexual assault, exploitation, and harassment
  • Gender-based harassment
  • Sex/gender-based stalking
  • Intimate partner violence
  • Sex/gender-based discrimination
  • Retaliation related to reports of the above

Report to Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX (ECRT).
